SKUantify
Inventory management & monitoring

Know what is in stock,
and why that number is right.

SKUantify keeps a permanent record of every movement, so any figure on any screen can be traced back to what caused it. No quantity is ever typed over.

From $12 a month. Already have an account?

Most stock problems are really record-keeping problems

The spreadsheet disagrees with the shelf

Somebody typed over a cell three weeks ago. Nobody knows who, or why, or what the number was before.

Stock runs out before anyone notices

The reorder point lives in one person’s head, and they were on leave the week it mattered.

Two locations, two versions of the truth

Stock moves between the shop and the warehouse, and the paperwork catches up on Friday. If at all.

How it works

Three steps, and the record keeps itself

  1. 01

    Set up your business

Name it, choose your currency, add the place your stock lives. About a minute.

  2. 02

    Bring in your catalogue

Import a spreadsheet of products with opening quantities, or add items as you go.

  3. 03

    Record what happens

Scan or type a code, say what happened, save. The dashboard and every report follow from that.

What you get

Built around one rule: nothing changes without a reason

Every quantity has a reason

Stock is never typed in. It changes because somebody recorded a movement — received, sold, damaged, returned, transferred, counted — and each one is kept with who did it, when, where and why.

Corrections are entries, not edits

When a count disagrees with the system, the difference is written as an adjustment rather than quietly overwriting the number. The history stays readable afterwards.

Attention, not dashboards

The home screen answers one question: what needs doing. Low, critical and out-of-stock items surface themselves, ordered by how urgent they are.

Multiple locations, one set of books

A transfer writes both sides at once, so totals never dip while goods are in the van. Staff can be scoped to the locations they actually work at.

Counting that survives a busy day

Start a sheet, count at your own pace, post it when you are done. A sale partway through does not corrupt the result — the count wins, because the count is what is on the shelf.

Import what you already have

Bring your catalogue in from a spreadsheet. Columns are matched by name, every row is validated before anything is written, and problems are reported line by line rather than as one failure.

Start with what you have

Import your existing spreadsheet, record a few movements, and see whether the numbers hold up. Nothing to install.
